Our founding story
Rita Gittinger embarked on her path as a certified reflexologist in 2016, completing her initial training in foot and hand reflexology at the Reflexology Certification Institute in Columbus, Ohio. She holds national certification from the American Reflexology Certification Board. Rita is also certified in advanced ear reflexology, bringing a wealth of knowledge and skill to her practice.

Each 60-minute session at HEART & SOLE REFLEXOLOGY LLC is carefully tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, offering a truly individualized experience. The session is typically focused on applying unique reflexology techniques to the feet and hands. For enhanced benefits, ear reflexology can also be incorporated into the same session, ensuring a comprehensive and deeply relaxing experience.
